Open up a new Internet Explorer window (You will need to use Internet Explorer to work within the Online Office of your Point2 site).
- Enter your website URL into the address field at the top of your Internet Explorer window.
- Locate and click the Login link near the bottom of your site to open the Account Login page.
If you have not previously done so, your will be prompted to select the Online Office account partner from which you received your Point2 NLS Account. After making your selection the Account Login page will load.
When the Account Login page loads you will need to complete the form and click the Login button. (The below steps assume you are using a Point2-provided account)
- Username: Enter your username.
- Password: Enter your password.
- Remember me on this computer: If you check this box, your login information will be saved on the computer on which you are currently working; in future logins on that computer, you will simply have to click on your username instead of re-entering the data.
- Click the Login button to enter your Online Office.
Your username and password can always be retrieved from the Account Login page of your website. To access this information:
- Click the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter Username and click OK to request your password (if you cannot remember your Username, use the Forgot your username? link and enter your email address; this will email you your username and a link back to your Logon page to request your password via your username).
- You will be emailed a temporary password to your email address assigned to your website. If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes please ensure that you have tried the following prior to requesting your password again.
- You are checking the correct email address.
- You have refreshed your email INBOX.
- You have checked that the Lost Password E-Mail was not filtered into a JUNK / TRASH email Folder.
- Use the temporary password in the email in combination with your username to login.
- You will be prompted immediately to reset your password.
- Click the Logout link located in upper left hand corner of your website.
- You will be logged out of your Point2 account.
Important: Be sure to use the Logout link to exit your Point2 admin tools when you have finished working at a public or shared computer.
